Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
We like to think that all orders are received safe and well and you are happy with your purchase, but we understand this isn't always the case.
If you wish to return your item, you must notify us of this within 7 days of receiving your order, items must be returned within 14 days. Please quote your name and order number when you contact us.
All items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, so we will not cover any return postage costs or refund the original postage fee (unless damaged or faulty).
A tracked service for returns must be used as we will not be responsible for any returns that go missing.

If an item has been received damaged, faulty or missing - Please send any photos over to our email address on the day of delivery if this does occur.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL PACKAGING & BOXES MUST BE KEPT IN ORDER FOR A REFUND TO BE GRANTED. EVIDENCE WILL BE NEEDED BY OURSELVES AND OUR COURIERS.

Refunds will not be granted if the wrong address is provided for delivery or if the item has been requested to be delivered to a safe place. However we will assist in tracking down your delivery as much as we can. Refunds will also not be accepted if somebody else has opened your parcel.

Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
Delivery is available to Mainland UK Only.
Delivery times may very, but all orders will be delivered via 2 - 3 day courier service and we aim to post next working day after payment is received. Therefore your order should reach you 3-5 working days after check out. Please remember weekends and bank holidays are not working days.
We do offer a 1-2 day delivery, please select express delivery at check out.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, our delivery times may take a little longer
